Reporting a correction

If a value on a comparison looks wrong or out of date, the “Report a correction” link on that page brings you here. To help us check it quickly, please include:

• the URL of the page,
• the specification that is wrong, for example battery capacity or cargo space,
• the correct value,
• a source, ideally the manufacturer’s official product or spec page.

We check every report against the source. If the data was wrong, we correct it in our dataset, which updates every comparison that uses that product. How the data is compiled is explained on How We Compare.

Other questions

Suggestions for new comparisons, questions about the method and feedback on the site are welcome too. We read everything and reply when a reply is needed, but we can’t promise a specific response time.

What we don’t accept

We don’t accept paid reviews, sponsored placements or payment to include, favor or rank a product. Messages offering these won’t be answered. You can read more in our Disclaimer.
