These Terms of Use are effective as of September 27, 2026.

These terms apply to your use of versusverdict.com (“VersusVerdict”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Informational purpose

VersusVerdict publishes side-by-side comparisons of consumer products based on manufacturer specifications. Everything on the site is general information meant to help you narrow down a decision. It is not professional, financial or purchasing advice, and it does not replace your own research.

Specifications can change

Manufacturers change specifications, prices, configurations and availability, and these can differ by region, trim level or model year. We work to keep the data accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every value is complete, current or correct. Before you buy, always verify the specifications that matter to you with the manufacturer or the retailer. Prices shown are launch prices or starting prices for reference, not offers to sell.

Opinions

The Executive Summary on each comparison is a personal opinion based on the data shown on that page. It is not a hands-on review and not a statement of fact. Spec scores and “At a glance” results come from a published formula and are not ratings by editors or users.

No warranty

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the site will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.

Intellectual property

The text, charts, data compilation, layout and design of the site belong to VersusVerdict and are protected by copyright and related laws. You may read, share links to and quote short excerpts from our pages with a link back to the source page. You may not copy substantial parts of the site, republish our comparisons or charts, or use them in a competing product without our written permission.

Product names, brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify the products being compared. Their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by the owners.

The site contains links to external websites, such as manufacturer pages and the AI services behind the “Summarize with AI” buttons, as well as ads served by third parties. We don’t control these sites or ads and are not responsible for their content, products, availability or privacy practices. Their own terms and policies apply.

Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

  • scrape, crawl or download content in a way that places an excessive load on the servers, disrupts the service or bypasses rate limits,
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers or any non-public areas,
  • interfere with ads, security features or the normal operation of the site,
  • misuse the contact form, for example to send spam, advertising, malicious links, automated submissions, or abusive or unlawful content,
  • use the site for any unlawful purpose.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules. Search engines and similar services that respect our robots.txt file are welcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VersusVerdict and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content, including purchasing decisions based on the comparisons. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the current version. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Country], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory consumer laws in the country where you live.
